Registering early will save you money and allows us to do better planning for convention. We continue to encourage our attendees to register early for the best pricing. As always, we look forward to seeing you at convention and appreciate your attendance.
At the Gate Registration
This is the most expensive option, so consider registering on-line. We accept cash or check drawn on a US Bank (no temporary checks - must have printed names) and credit or debit cards at the gate.
The gate operating hours are Thursday 3-10 (except for large RV), Friday 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM and Saturday after 7:00 AM

Provides an additional evening of camping and observing. This ticket is for THURSDAY ONLY and allows those with camping permits for small tents and campers to arrive between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM on Thursday. Purchase one ticket per adult attendee; the appropriate camping permit is purchased separately and will cover your entire stay. Not needed for Large RV registrations or Hartness House Attendees.

This camping permit allows one multiple-person tent, 2 single-person tents, a small towed camper under 17 ft., Class B camper vans without slideouts, or Class C under 22 ft. These may be set up at any location on-site except the Large RV area. Arrival permitted starting Friday morning unless Early Arrival admission tickets are purchased for entry on Thursday after 3.

Stellafane and Beyond Film
The Astronomer ticket includes admission and a gift bag. The Telescope Maker ticket also includes a meet and greet with the director and stars plus preferred seating. The premier will take place Friday evening at 100 River Street in Springfield (about 10 minutes from the convention location) with the event starting at 5:30 PM. Additional information will be in the email with your ticket order.
